'I booked 6 hours of overtime': Worker complies with supervisor's request to park bike in designated spot, leading to 6 hours overtime

Corporations like to hire Karens; don't ask me why… It's an enigma I could never make sense of. But a Karen can only fool so many until he or she hits an inevitable roadblock in the form of a regular, run-of-the-mill employee who makes an attempt to address the toxic culture the Karen has created. Every now and then, such an employee will interrupt the Karen's attempts at making them follow some rule created by a corporate suit 15 years ago.

In this particular instance, a Karen joined a delivery company that OP was working at. Every shift, OP and the rest of the employees had to park the bikes they rode in their designated parking spots. This didn't make any sense, because employees came back at different hours, so even if their bike was supposed to be parked 'further up', someone else who had arrived before would have taken that spot, to ensure others would have a more comfortable time parking their bikes. In other words, in order for employees not to wade through a sea of bikes, people parked them all in the same line, the further they could put them.

Managers were on board with this, but a certain Karen was not. She handpicked OP to rant at, and OP was forced to take it in stride. That is, until OP had a brilliant idea, about how to comply with Karen's demands, yet at the same time, make sure they would never be given orders again.
